Get your processed datacubes

There are ways to get MUSE processed datacubes:

  1. Download them from the ESO archive (here’s how).
  2. Reduce your own MUSE raw data and get your processed datacubes (here’s how).
  3. Ask your colleagues — the nice ones — for their MUSE processed datacubes (here’s how).

Post-process your datacubes

Post-process includes, but not limited to: WCS correction, Galactic reddening correction, and stellar continuum correction. There is a Python routines designed to do exactly this, called brutifus.
